We feature a live pizza kitchen where we hand-stretch the dough and assemble fresh, delicious pizzas right in front of your guests. Baked with a Neapolitan flame, each pie comes out hot, fresh, and unforgettable. It's a fun, interactive experience that's perfect for making your celebration truly unique.

Booking Instructions: Complete this physical request form to book our mobile pizza kitchen. A 50-person minimum is required (up to 150 guests). We require a minimum of 30 days' advance notice to secure booking.

Catering Terms, Policies & Booking Agreement

Service Package • Group of 100 guests or less: $29.00 per person (Guest Count × $29.00) • Group of 101 to 150 guests: $28.00 per person (Guest Count × $28.00) • Garden Salad Add-on: +$1.50 per person (Guest Count × $1.50) • Drink Service Add-on: +$3.00 per person (Guest Count × $3.00) • Buffet Time: 2 hours and has charge for extended service hours request.

POLICIES & CATERING TERMS AGREEMENT

  • Minimums & Capacities

    We require a 50-person guest minimum and can accommodate up to 150 guests per event.

  • Outdoor Logistics & Inclement Weather

    Scot's Pizza requires a solid, level outdoor spot for its mobile kitchen, plus a covered backup (pavilion, tent, or garage) in case of rain or severe weather.

  • Payment Terms & Dates

    A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your date. Final headcount and remaining balance are due 7 days before the event.

  • Cancellation Policy

    For bookings cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled event date, 25% of the initial deposit will be credited back to the customer, while the remaining portion of the deposit is forfeited.

  • Lead Times

    We require at least 30 days' advance notice for any booking request to guarantee standard scheduling and ingredient logistics.
