POLICIES & CATERING TERMS AGREEMENT
Minimums & Capacities: We require a 50-person guest minimum and can accommodate up to 150 guests per event.
Outdoor Logistics & Inclement Weather: Because Scot's Pizza operates a live outdoor mobile pizza kitchen, the host must
guarantee a suitable, solid ground outdoor placement. In the event of rain or severe weather, the host is required to have a
designated covered space (such as a pavilion, large event tent, or open garage) to shield the kitchen and guests from the elements.
Payment Terms & Dates: A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total quote is required to formally reserve your event date. Final
guaranteed headcounts and the remaining balance are due precisely 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
Cancellation Policy: For bookings cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled event date, 25% of the initial deposit will be credited
back to the customer, while the remaining portion of the deposit is forfeited.
Lead Times: We require at least 30 days' advance notice for any booking request to guarantee standard scheduling and ingredient
logistics.
